Amira Willighagen is a Dutch opera singer who stunned people in her homeland when she performed – and won – the sixth season of Holland’s Got Talent when she was just 9 years old! Since winning the singing competition, she has been in demand on stages around Europe. In this wonderful performance with opera superstar Patrizio Franco Buanne, a Neapolitan-Austrian singer, she sings “O Sole Mio” on stage in South Africa. She is 12 years old at the time of this concert, but her age is not reflected in her voice, which has a confidence and maturity beyond her years. Their duet is simply beautiful and you can tell that Patrizio is equally amazed and charmed by the young girl’s talent. As is the audience, who give the pair a standing ovation! Watch and enjoy their performance below
