WKBT anchor Jennifer Livingston fought back against an angry viewer named Kenneth Krause who sent her a harmful mail calling her obese and suggesting her weight makes her a bad role model for the young generation.
Instead of fighting back or trying to get Krause in trouble for his harassing message. She went on air to respond after receiving a lot of calls and support by the community. Krause eventually apologized and knew he was wrong.
Livingston’s retaliation will be remembered as one of the best moments on TV news! I think it’s safe to say she is definitely the role model we need!
