Christmas cheer filled this store in 2015 when Sophie Jo Riley stumbled upon what she thought was Santa Claus, on vacation.

While shopping with her parents, the little girl spotted a man with a white beard and a red crest and immediately thought she had met Saint Nick in her spare time.

As WSAZ news station reported, the surprise buyer did not let the case of mistaken identity drive him away and manipulate him, behaving as if Santa Claus was for the little girl.

Sophie Joe’s parents, who were delighted with the man’s generosity, filmed the interaction, and the video is now viral.

We’ve never seen Santa Claus in jeans before, but there’s always a first.

The stranger asked Sophie, who was only two years old, if she was a nice girl, if she was ready for Christmas, and if he could eat all the snacks I had prepared for him.

It sure made the little girl’s birthday even more special.
