Caroline Collins is an administrator at Tucker High School, but that’s not what she’s really known for. Three years ago, two homeless children came to see her and told her their story. They were homeless and hungry. They had nothing for them. It was then that Caroline started what has now become the perfect place for any student in need at school. It’s the care room!

Caroline collects supplies, keeps them in the locker and shares them with homeless students. You see, all these kids need is something to help them get to school and college, and it’s very sad to see so many students who have no somewhere to go. In fact, between 2014 and 2015, approximately 1.2 million students were homeless. It’s shocking !
