As two police officers were on their way through Brooklyn Park, they noticed something intriguing. Beside the towed car, someone was making arm movements that matched the movements of the CPR.

It wasn’t the kind of movement you would do for an adult in need of CPR, or even a child. However, it made more sense when they realized who the patient was: a squirrel.

Turns out the driver of the car, 19-year-old Chris Felix, hit a squirrel that slid past his car. Instead of driving and trying to forget about it, Felix showed how big his heart was. He got out of his car and used his fingers to help revive the squirrel.

The two officers, Jeremy Hulk and Tony Weeks, were able to capture the fantasy storyline on tape, thanks to their body cameras. It took a while, but the squirrel finally came to life and escaped safely. A strange smile and complete joy appeared on Felix’s face, and the officers congratulated him on his selflessness.

As news of Felix’s bravery spread, more and more people congratulated him. He intends to work in medicine, and it clearly shows that he has what it takes. Felix shows that he has a big heart and believes in the sanctity of life. It reminds us that it doesn’t take much to save a life.
