Florida Police Officer Joe Puglia was driving along the freeway when he saw a dog hit a car right in front of him.

The dog was brutally beaten and thrown into the alleys in a moment of cardiac arrest.

The policeman immediately stopped his car and set up a barrier so that he could get out and take care of the dog.
