Urban claims “To Love Somebody” is one of the greatest love songs of all time. And when you see Keith Urban’s rendition of the song, it’s easy to see why.

“To Love Somebody” was originally written by Barry and Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees. The song was released in 1967. The song reached the top 20 in the US music charts right after its release.

Keith Urban raves about the Bee Gees, speaking of his amazement at how they have managed to maintain the impressive quality of songwriting over the decades and through the many stylistic changes in music during this time.

He told the Grammys that their level of songwriting has always been extraordinary. He clearly admires them, not only in the way he speaks but also in the way he performs his tribute to their song.
