The bride was wearing her wedding dress and veil and was unable to attend church as the shooting was in progress. When Hanks noticed the doomed bride, he asked the film’s director, Ron Howard, to stop shopping so the whole wedding party could attend church.

Feeling bad about the inconvenience, Hanks took the bride’s hand and personally escorted her to church with her father. He even helped lift the veil so it wouldn’t get dragged on the floor and get dirty.

Inside Edition reports that Hanx (while recording on his social media) also crashed while photographing a couple named Elizabeth and Ryan’s wedding in the garden. He took a few photos with the two and chatted hilariously while congratulating them on their marriage.
