Jimmy Choo is a guy from North Carolina who decides to stop at Wendy’s for lunch. He was going to take something for himself and his fiancée. However, soon after, he left the restaurant completely embarrassed.

When he placed an order for two sandwiches, he gave the cashier his name. The employee thanked him and handed him the receipt. When Jimmy looked at the receipt, his name was nowhere to be found. The employee entered something else in the name field.

Another employee brought the order to the counter, but would not call out the name on the receipt. However, he did it anyway. “Chubby” request.

Staff and customers started laughing and laughing at Jimmy. He grabbed it and left abruptly. He was humiliated and hurt.

A local media contacted Wendy’s head office about the incident. They released a statement that said, in part, that they were working hard to create a “welcoming and inclusive environment for our employees and customers.” They took the appropriate measures.

Wendy’s own franchisee fired the employee who did.
