Prince Harry has shared that his top priority is his father, King Charles, who is battling cancer.
The Duke of Sussex spoke about his recent—but brief—reunion with the 76-year-old monarch, telling The Guardian that his main goal for the year ahead is to focus on his dad.
“The focus really has to be on my dad,” said Harry, who is celebrating his 41st birthday today.

During his brief four-day visit to England last week, Harry attended several charity events in London before reuniting with his estranged father for private peace talks.
The former working royal was spotted arriving by car at the king’s London residence, Clarence House, around 5:20 p.m.

In his interview with The Guardian, Harry emphasized that his 2023 memoir Spare was “not about revenge” or airing “dirty laundry,” insisting that his “conscience is clear” despite the book’s revelations.
“It was a series of corrections to stories already out there. One point of view had been put out, and it needed to be corrected,” he told the outlet.
“It was a difficult message, but I did it in the best way possible. My conscience is clear. It is not about revenge; it is about accountability.”
Earlier this year, Harry spoke to the BBC about his fractured family dynamics, revealing that the king had refused to speak to him.
The Invictus Games founder shared these comments months after opening up about the same issues, highlighting the ongoing strain in their relationship.
In May, the father of two told the outlet, “I would love reconciliation with my family,” adding, “I don’t know how much longer my father has.”
