Philadelphia has been in the forefront in the war against veteran homelessness for quite some time now, and it’s not about to take the backseat any time soon. Now here’s another great project in the cooking, and you’ll definitely love it!

In this great State, there’s this city called the City Of Brotherly Love, and it’s been living up to its name quite excellently. In this city, there’s an old building that’s remained unoccupied for over 4 decades, and now some smart people have come up with a very brilliant idea to turn the old school into a home for the homeless. Great!

The project is spearheaded by the government agencies within the city in partnership with HELP USA, a group that’s dedicated to building homes for the veteran homeless. The whole budget comes to about $14.5 million, and about $13.7 million has already been secured. That’s great!

About 12 veterans will benefit from this project. However, the fight isn’t over yet. The goal is to see every veteran with their own home!
