A concerned person called a volunteer association for help, witnessing a scene where a driver threw eight dogs in a trash bag through his car window as he drove along the road. Soon, Harris County animal welfare investigators attended the scene and encountered a scene similar to that described by the resident. Eight very cold and hungry puppies were lying by the side of the road in a garbage bag waiting for a miracle. The puppies could barely glance at the world, as their eyes were still closed. Unfortunately, no puppy managed to survive, but good people saved the other seven. The members of the aforementioned association took care of the puppies and then delivered them to a shelter where they are now waiting for potential adoptive parents. Thanks to the nice people for helping the helpless animals that didn’t have a lovely owner. We can only hope this changes now!
