Jennifer Lopez’s past is resurfacing.
Her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, took to Instagram on Saturday in a furious rant, accusing the 56-year-old singer of infidelity.
Noa, who was married to Lopez for less than a year in the ’90s, reacted after Lopez recently told “The Howard Stern Show” that she’s never truly been loved because her exes were “not capable.”
“Stop putting us down. Stop putting me down with your victim card,” Noa, 51, began his message. “The problem is not us. Not me. The problem is you. You’re the one who couldn’t keep it in your pants.”
“You have been ‘loved’ a few times,” he continued. “You have been married 4 times. And have had countless relationships in between. You’ve had good relationships… Me for example.”
Noa, a former waiter, insisted he “was in love” with the Kiss of the Spider Woman actress and said he “moved out of state to support, protect, and care for you.”
“I’m an amazing, loving person—a great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never misbehaved, never cheated on you,” Noa continued. “I was good to you. I’m too good of a [man] for you.”
“But you… you chose fame and fortune over our relationship,” Noa wrote about Lopez. “You decided to lie, to cheat on me, and even though I stayed and tried to keep the marriage alive, you begged me to maintain it just to avoid bad press—caring more about yourself.”
He also accused the Let’s Get Loud singer of prioritizing “the fast lane” of her career and fame over their relationship.
“You wanted to continue cheating and lying. I couldn’t stay anymore and deal with the constant dishonesty,” Noa said. “That’s why I left you. That’s why I divorced you.”
“Tell the truth for once,” he added. “Let people know you are the problem. You should be embarrassed, ashamed of yourself.”
The Post has reached out to Lopez’s representatives for comment.
Lopez met Noa in 1996 at Gloria Estefan’s restaurant in Miami. They married in February 1997 but divorced just 11 months later.
Last year, commenting on Lopez’s divorce from Ben Affleck in an interview with the Daily Mail, Noa said he holds “no bad feelings” toward his ex-wife.
“I would always be her friend. I sympathize with both of them because divorce is hard,” he added.
After Ojani Noa, Lopez was married to Cris Judd from 2001 to 2002 and Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2011. Anthony, 57, is the father of her 17-year-old twins, Max and Emme.
She later wed Ben Affleck, 53, in 2022—two decades after their first engagement ended in 2004. Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024, and the split was finalized in January 2025.
During her recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Lopez responded “no” when asked if she’s ever truly been loved.
“What I learned is it’s not that I’m not lovable—it’s that they’re not capable… they don’t have it in them,” the Hustlers actress explained.
“And they gave me what they had,” she continued. “They gave me everything, every time— all the rings, all the things I could ever want. The houses, the rings, the marriage. All of it. But…”
Lopez also admitted, “Sometimes, I didn’t love myself.”
