The initial audition for season 11 of the mega-reality contest was Queens’ performance of “Somebody To Love,” no doubt inspired by her award-winning performance as Galileo Figaro in the musical “We Will Rock You.”

When he appeared before the judges, Coyle asked him who he was with. He was visibly nervous, but convinced that his mother was there, before greeting her from the bottom of his heart and waving at her.

He described his mother as his “rock” who helped him throughout his life. His mother told him how proud she was of him. Although they had to spend some of his time away from each other, in the end it was for the best and it didn’t spoil the special bond they had.

Once he sang the opening notes of the song, it was clear that Crum was all about “America’s Got Talent.” He hit the notes with such passion that the audience realized they couldn’t wait until the end to applaud.

The judges unanimously agreed, giving her four sympathetic blessings.

This fantastic moment ended with a standing ovation from the audience. It was obvious that everything Krum had sacrificed and pushed had led to this moment.
