Travis Kelce struggled visibly during Kansas City’s 20-17 loss to the Eagles on Sunday in a Super Bowl 2025 rematch.

The 35-year-old Chiefs tight end showed his frustration on the sidelines, captured in a social media video that quickly went viral. The clip, taken just before halftime while Kansas City held a 10-7 lead, shows Kelce slamming his helmet and shouting, “I’m sick of this s–t!”

While the exact target of his outburst is unclear, it mirrored the frustration of his day on the field.

Kelce had a costly drop in the fourth quarter, which led to an Eagles score on the following possession and a 20-10 advantage. A pass from Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes glanced off Kelce’s hands and was intercepted by Eagles safety Andrew Mukuba.

Kelce appeared upset with himself, pacing along the sidelines after the interception.

At his postgame press conference, Patrick Mahomes took full responsibility, admitting he threw the ball “a tad too early.”

“We got the defense we expected,” Mahomes said. “They played that Cover Zero with the safety in the hole. I just threw it a little too early. I was trying to place it low on his body before that hole player got there. If I’d put it more accurately on his body instead of out in front, he could have caught it, taken the hit, and scored.”
