The two officers were bracing for a chase-down of the offending car when they noticed that it wasn’t even in the mood to speed off. The next minute, they saw a guy parking his car at a distance and sprint towards the car in question. Randy Tompkins knew what was happening!
Having had witnessed a man have a seizure while on the wheel, Randy knew that the driver in the sedan was having one. He could see it from his angle, so he parked his truck and ran towards the sedan. What he did next left the cops shocked! He literally dove right through the car window and parked it!
