Stray dogs are all too common in many parts of the world, and because of this, sometimes all they have is each other. As dog owners, we know how serious they take love and company, which is why we call them man’s best friends. His dedication is limitless and the heartbreaking video below proves it.
In China, four dogs were seen sitting in the middle of the road around a friend who was hit by a car. The cubs blocked traffic and forced cars to circle around them, as they hoped for the best. You can see him pushing the dog’s body as if he wants to wake it up. But dogs are smart. At some point, they realized that he was gone, but continued to guard and protect their partner. They just do it.
Dogs are known to be emotional animals that can show empathy and traumatic grief over loss, just like humans. This is one of the reasons they make such wonderful pets. These four were not going to leave their friend alone in the middle of the road.
Although this is a sad video, it shows the true nature of the dogs. We don’t deserve them, but we’re very lucky to have them.
