Christopher Maloney is a man who has incredible voice skills but he has a serious stage-fright. It took him 5 long years to gather up his courage and stand in front of audience in judges. But still, would he be able to overcome his stage-fright and sign in front of millions? Well he finally did it and he gave an outstanding performance in X-Factor 2012 edition.

Christopher decided to choose a song that he knew would win over the judges if he nailed it. Instead of an easy tune, he picked “The Rose” by Bette Midler. Christopher was aware that this song wouldn’t be easy to pull off. He would have to do it perfectly to win the picky judges of The X Factor over. That is exactly what he did!
He belted out Bette’s emotional words to the audience in the studio and at home. The judges quickly realized they were watching a man with true talent perform in front of them. Christopher had a voice and stage presence that could make him a star!
Christopher quickly overcame his stage-fright once and for all when he stood in front of the judges. The hit track that he had picked out to sing was the right one – they could clearly hear that he had talent. His performance reminded us that you can always overcome your fears and do what you really want to do.
Don’t ever waste your time slaving away at a job or hobby that only makes you miserable when you really wish to do something else. Christopher has shown us that dreams can come true.
